We’re looking for a highly motivated, tenacious, and competitive Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our global team of top-performing sales professionals. In this 100% outbound SaaS sales role, you’ll partner closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to design and execute strategic outreach campaigns that drive new business across the APAC region.You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, building outbound pipeline, and creating meaningful engagement with prospective clients through cold calls, personalized emails, and creative outreach strategies. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you’ll be surrounded by a collaborative team that celebrates wins and pushes each other to achieve more.If you’re energized by the challenge of opening doors, love the thrill of building new relationships, and thrive in a results-driven environment, we want to hear from you.Location RequirementThe ideal candidate will be based on the US West Coast and willing to work APAC business hours (approximately 3pm–11pm PT).What you’ll doResearch and identify strategic target accounts and key decision-makers (budget holders, senior leadership) primarily within companies of 10,000+ employees.Build and manage strategic prospect lists for outbound campaigns and engage contacts through cold calls, highly personalized emails, LinkedIn messaging, and other outbound channels to generate interest and create opportunities.Generate at least 5 qualified sales opportunities per month and hand them off to Account Executives.Conduct high-level conversations with executives (C-Level, VP, Director) to introduce HireVue’s solutions and assess initial fit.Leverage leading prospecting tools, including Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and Alyce to optimize outreach and engagement efforts.Continuously improve prospecting skills by learning advanced techniques such as account mapping, competitive intelligence gathering, and champion engagement.Develop a deep understanding of the HireVue platform and stay current with product updates and industry trends.
